Died:   Easter, April 4, 2010

At home with her loving family, our beloved Nicole, with beauty, peace, grace and dignity went to Heaven with the Lord after a courageous fight against brain cancer. She was re-united with her sister, Cynthia, who passed away on November 21, 2009. Nicole will forever be remembered for her energy and love for life. She inspired all who knew her, and found good in everyone.

Nicole co-founded Chez Nicole Hair and Nail Salon with her father, Joseph Cannatelli, in 1994 and most recently owned the salon with her mother, Madelyn Maglin, since 2005. Nicole had a vast clientele and a loyal and loving staff who enjoyed her effervescent and contagious personality.

Memories of Nicole will be cherished by her husband, Ken; her children, Kenny Jr. and Justina; her ever caring mother, Madelyn Maglin and her husband, Barry; her father, Joseph Cannatelli and his wife, Kathy; her brother and sisters, Joshua, Madison and Taylor; her grandmother, Barbara Cannatelli; her grandmother, Carmella Ianni and her husband, Frank; her mother and father-in-law, Patricia and Anthony Testa; as well as her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, clients and friends.

Nicole's family would like to thank all those who supported her during her time of need throughout the past few years.

Visitation will be held at St. Elizabeth's Church, Cedar and S. Clayton Streets, Wilmington on Friday, April 9 from 4:00 - 8:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth's Church on Saturday, April 10 at 9:30AM. Entombment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in memory of Nicole to the Kelly Heinz-Grunder Brain Tumor Foundation, 300 Water St., Suite 103, Wilmington, DE 19801.
