Michael Ward

- Bachelor of Physical Education and Varsity Football & Basketball, University of New Brunswick, Fredericton.
- Post-graduate studies at U of T, Cambridge University, and Ontario Veterinary College, which led to US National Institute of Health Post-Doctoral Fellowship in New York.
- 2 years faculty and atherosclerosis research at Wake Forest Medial School (Winston-Salem, NC).
-Since 1983, working for biomedical industry in clinical research and regulatory affairs - Johnson & Johnson, Baxter Healthcare, Stryker, and some start-ups.
- did spend 2010 - 2013 in Cambridge England as biomedical consultant.

(1) In Grade 13 on one Saturday morning, we were to meet in the school parking lot and take a biology trip. I drove my father's car. Thinking the lot was empty and with a car full of class mates, I floored it in reverse, showing off, and hit the janitor's car....surprise surprise. By the time I returned home, he and my father had worked things out.

(2) In Grade 13, I joined Carol (Poopsie) Burbridge and Linda Emerson on a midnight visit to a grave yard. Amusing as it was, nothing untoward happened but it was still fun.
