Reunion Details

1986-2011

2 5 Years…

THE EAGLE HAS LANDED AND IS READY TO CELEBRATE A SILVER ANNIVERSARY!
In 1986 Ronald Reagan was President, the first ten musicians were inducted into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame, and the movie Top Gun took our breath away at the box office.
A LOT HAS CHANGED SINCE THEN.
Come see how your fellow Eagles from the BEA Class of 1986 are soaring 25 years later!

FUN! FUN! FUN!
Basket Auction, 50/50, Games People Play and other surprises to be held throughout the evening!!!
CHIT CHAT IS WHERE IT’S AT
I heard your requests loud and clear! The older we get, the more we want to sit and chat! You asked for it and You Got It! The Ramada has graciously set aside a room where we can socialize at the conclusion of the evening. Hopefully, this will eliminate the need for a Night Manager to visit us every 10 minutes and shhhhushhh us! In addition, PJ Harrigans is adjacent to the hotel and The Autoport is directly across the street; both are open late if you wish to fight for your right to party all night long!
Cost: $30 per person**
** This price basically covers the dinner charges from the caterer. All the extras to make the reunion special are supported by funds generated from our basket auction, 50/50, and donations from our classmates.
Make checks payable to: BEA Class of 1986 and mail to Tiffany in the enclosed stamped-envelope no later than Monday, September 19, 2011.

Don’t forget to complete the questionnaire on the last page and return it as well.        Whether you can join us for this reunion or not, we’d love to hear from you!
LODGING
The Ramada has set aside a block of rooms at a reduced rate of $85 + tax per night for anyone interested in a hotel room (cheaper than a DUI!). Call the front desk at 814-238-3001 (have your credit card ready) and ask for the BEA Class of ’86 block to get that rate. There are a limited number of rooms and it is first-come, first-served. You better hurry ‘cause they’re goin’ fast!

BASKET AUCTION
Since our basket auction at the 20th reunion was a huge success and a lot of fun, we are going to do it again! Last time the themed baskets ranged from chocolates to candles and from sports to crafts. There was something for everyone! Of course if you are not sure about trying your hand at designing a basket but would like to donate money towards one, include that in your RSVP and I’ll see that it happens.

SEND YOUR PHOTOS!!!
Email (or mail) your photos to me! I will continue to add them to our slide show. They can be class photos from kindergarten all the way through senior high, you with fellow classmates or even from any of the previous class reunions. Please share, but nothing from a centerfold

B.E.A MEMORABILIA
We will have a table set up to display memorabilia from our days at BEA. If you have items that you would be willing to share for the evening only, please bring them with you and we will display them on the memorabilia table.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2011
Since many of you like to get together on Sunday morning for breakfast before going your separate ways, know that PJ Harrigans also serves breakfast and there is a Perkins and Ponderosa just down the street from the hotel.

STILL NOT SURE?
If you are still unsure, I don’t know what I can say to convince you to join us except that comparing ourselves to other classes; we have a super turnout at every one of our reunions! The vast majority hate to see the evening end and always wonder why we need to wait another five years to do it again! I promise you, everybody (will) have fun tonight and you won’t be disappointed!  If you have any questions, please contact me at beaclassof86@verizon.net
I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks!                                    ~Tiffany Andrews Aikey
