LARRY GEORGE JOSEPH DION

June 4, 1959 - November 14, 2013

Larry peacefully passed with family and friends by his side at the Riverview Health Centre after a courageous battle with cancer, which he was not able to win. Left behind to mourn his passing are his mom Joyce; brother Jim; many aunts; uncles; cousins; and friends. A morning lunch will be served on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in Wojcik's Reception Centre in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street @ Manitoba Avenue. A Graveside Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main Street. We would all like to thank the doctors and staff at St. Boniface CancerCare and Riverview Health Centre. Joyce and Jim would also like to thank Scott McLaren for being there for Larry and us from the start of Larry's battle; they are all Angels. It is the wish of the family, instead of flowers a donation may be made to St. Boniface CancerCare or River View Hospital in Larry's memory.
