Happy September!

I know that we have not been in touch much over the course of the past few weeks but Allison and I have been very busy behind the scenes preparing for our class reunion.  We finally have some set information to pass along to you as the committee.  Here is what we have:

We need to have a deposit for the Quarry Hill Club no later than 9/19 in order to confirm our time/space for next year.  We are hoping that the member of the committee will be willing to pay for tickets up front to assist with the deposit.  Checks can be made payable to Jody Mossey and sent to:

I will send a confirmation email as the receipt or your number of tickets and will be sure to keep you updated.  The money will be deposited into an account with KeyBank that Allison and I will co-sign on.  If we can't get this deposit we will be back at square one.  In addition, an email evite and regular mail invite will be going out to classmates this week to round up the troops in hopes of encouraging other to pay up front for their tickets.  Allison and I can only do so much on our own we are looking to the rest of the committee for support.

Your thoughts/suggestions are welcome.  Please respond by Thursday of this week as to what you can provide financially or in other ways.
