
Mr. James Howard Tucker, Jr. of Shemwell Highway, Lexington, died Wednesday morning, June 24, 1992, as the result of an auto accident (just after we all laughed with him at our Twentieth Reunion). He was born January 6, 1954 in Red Bank, New Jersey to James H. Tucker, Sr. and Kathleen Shumate Tucker. He was a gruduate of UNC-Charlotte, was owner of Commercial Coatings, Inc. and was a charter member of the Lutheran Church of the Epiphany. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Micol Tucker of the home; one son, Jon Martin Tucker of the home; his parents of 4508 Chantilly Lane; and his grandparents, Rev. Alfred R. and Mrs. Ellen Shumate, both of Wytheville, Va. and Mrs. E.E. (Teresa) Tucker of Wytheville, Va. Services were at the Lutheran Church of the Epiphany and conducted by Dr. Paul L. Conrad. Jimmy lies in Forsyth Memorial Park.
