I traveled to Europe just out of high school and lived in Sweden for a year. Came home and went to UNH for a year. Left school to make more money, worked for a local bank, met my first husband and got married. Over the next 20+ years, I had two children, was divorced, remarried, had two more children, divorced again (marriage is clearly not my forte'); worked in every aspect of the restaurant business; had my own landscaping business, maritime consulting firm, and transcription business. I taught Sunday school, high school & childbirth classes. I bought and sold a couple of homes. When my oldest was a senior @ Brewster, I went back to school to get my nursing degree. I have been worked as a Registered Nurse @ Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro for 7 years, Carroll County Gastroenterology for 3 years, Wolfeboro Camp School as a camp nurse in the summer for 4 years, Camp Belknap as the Health Center Director for 5 years and am now a hospice case manager with Cornerstone VNA. I am presently married to a man I have been with for 20 years. We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary this past September. I am infinitely proud of each of my children. My oldest, Carissa, graduated from Skidmore College and is teaching 2nd grade at New Durham Elementary School. She is married Jacob Dube. They own a home in Pleasant Valley and Jake is the owner of Headwall Construction. They have 2 beautiful children, Emma and Owen. My son, Arie, earned his Masters in Mechanical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in MA and is working for Raytheon He is married to Pamela Noujaim and they are expecting their first child, Oliver, in July. My son, Andrew, is a CNC operator and has a stepson, Jimmy. My youngest, Isaac, spent 5 years in the Marine Corp in Avionics as a Calibration Technician and is now working for Essco doing the same thing. He is married to Jessica and they have a beautiful daughter, Penelope. Ed, is a CPA and partners with Greg Eldridge (some of you may remember him from Kingswood) in Eldridge & Gillespie, World's Greatest Accountants (or maybe it's Certified Public Accountants...) for 30+ years. I have a passion for my grandchildren, the outdoors, gardening and helping people lead healthier lives.
