I really enjoy reading about what our classmates have been up to since we graduated, and hope you all will encourage more "lost" or undiscovered classmates to join this website.

School Story:

After graduating from Va Tech, I waitressed in Ocean City and Baltimore at Phillips for awhile, and took the winter to learn to ski in Mt Snow, Vermont. One day I realized I wanted a "real" job. Back then, you could find jobs in the classifieds. I found one answering phones for a little private company called T Rowe Price, and began a different career path. From there to NYC, working as an institutional sales trader. I know, right? What the heck is that? It was really fun, and interesting, real OJT. Eventually got married and moved out to Ca. Went back to grad school and changed careers. Had three great step kids and our own lovely daughter, which really put the technicolor into that time of my life. Nowadays, I love to travel, (don't most of us?), have met up with my old WSHS friend, Daria Trehy Mathes in Prague, Milan, NYC, and Nice, France, among other spotsπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ». I was able to see some great WSHS friends in the last few years..Suzi Garber Evans and Gary, Steve Moore, John and Arlene McLaren, Jimmy Sellers, Dee Carey, Kathy Dorset Seider, etc, and chat occasionally with others (Larry Harrison, Sheila Wertz Hracek, on FB or email. It is great to see how well so many turned out, and to hear the stories. Wishing you all a great year, sorry I can’t make the reunion. Look me up if you visit Carmel, Ca.
