Hi Guys!!!
There are going to be apps and pool on Friday. And cake and munchies on Saturday. Nothing big planned for Saturday as far as food. But there will be the casino tables with dealers, dj karoake, and the hall which will be paid for with the money already sent in.
Friday has been put on someone's credit card with the hope that it will be paid by the walk ins on Friday and Saturday.
We collected money from only part of the class attending and it isn't enough to cover everything (casino tables, DJ, the hall, pool tables, and Friday apps). And a couple of us have fronted the money to cover downpayments etc for these events. We're hoping (and planning) for people at the door. And that's why we cut the apps on Saturday and just are making it cake and munchies at the tables because only some of the people have paid up front and we are approximating on how many will actually attend at the door. We will have some kind of munchies to absorb the alcohol on Saturday (chips, chex mix, cake, etc) - it just won't be anything elaborate. Does this clarify everything?
And there will be more than 6 people at the reunion. That is a mistake on the site. Betsy has a list of people that have paid thus far and have said that they are coming.
