Hello All, I would like to respond to the above concerns and then hopefully put this to rest so we can party! First of all I have based everything on what people wanted and on the number of people who registered back when I asked for a head count. And I also sent out 4 emails telling people to register AND pay by June 10 in order for me to have accurate numbers for the food. Well the amount of people who registered exceeds the amount of people who have paid (excluding those who have made arrangements). I also kept this extremely cheap (really.....$50 for two events?) to encourage more attendance. People have commented on how cheap our two day event is based on their own reunions, etc. I believe we will get the rest of the people who, may not frequent the website but have said they were coming, at the door. This party is economical and with or without a few appetizers is more than enough for what we are charging. There will be munchies and dessert and, who knows, if we do get extra money we can order pizza later (after all, it is the Elks and they must be pizza places close by). As far as the website goes, it is not a mistake and nobody has dropped out. When I reset the Reunion Planner (to eliminate pay pal after June 10) it resets the registration, too (why I have no idea) so those 5 or 6 people are new registrars in addition to the 65 that had previously registered. I hope this clears things up for anyone who was wondering and if anyone feels they are not getting their money's worth please call me (or email but save the forum for fun stuff) and I will give you a refund (if you've already paid).
