Glad to hear there will be a 55th reunion. Why not hold the reunion at the CHS building, itself. I am sure that everyone would like to get back to their alma mater one last time and what better way to do it than this way; in the original environment with their classmates. There could be a catered buffet in the dining room. You can get our class DJ to play records from back in the day. There could be a tour of the building and maybe you can invite the current school principal to give a short talk on what is going on with CHS today and maybe someone from the CHS alumni office could say something about previous years and classes. People who need lodging in the area could find it at motels, air bnb's, and if there is a hotel, then maybe a block of rooms could be reserved at a reduced rate. The big thing, of course, would be seeing good ole CHS, which, of course, is what brought us all together in the first place. * P.S. I went to my wife's 50th HS reunion at Friends School in Baltimore last year. It was held on campus, which seemed perfect since most of her classmates hadn't been back there in half a century, so they were both happy and excited to see where the journey began. They had a great catered dinner and total cost for the event was probably much less than holding it in a big city hotel. Thanks, and please let me know if my idea flies.
