Mark worked his way through J.M.Perry in Yakima, usually riding a bike to and from school, majoring in graphic arts. He was a fabulous artist, especially of boats, the ocean, people, and flowers. He died in 1984. He was a wonderful son, brother, and grandson. He is very very much missed to this day. Even when Mark was younger, his art was so awesome I would try to get him to give me some. One time, for example, I used to try to convince him he needed to give me his race car drawings, because I Ioved his art and told him I loved him too. Since I was his younger sister, Mark gave me the art he was working on, with a smile.
Thanks-Carrie Bangs (his younger sister)

Banger, you always made me laugh, and I think we both drove Mr. St. George nuts. I miss you my friendBarbara MacLean (Samuelson)
