I remember Doug as a very intelligent kid with a love to ski. He also had the first pen I had ever seen that had four different colors of ink. Strange what sticks in your head. He helped me in Mr Albrecht's French II class at Wilson Jr High more than once. He always had kind a smart ass grin on he his face that made me wonder, "What does he know that I don't". Doug, your are still thought of and missed.
I remember Doug as always smiling and friendly to everyone. Went to a party at his house in the winter, and we were all outside around the pool! Will not forget our last conversation before he left school for the Thankgiving break, then hearing on the radio about the horrible plane crash the next night. Will always wonder what he would have done in life, he was so smart.
