Couple places in town might work for you. Brand now Holiday Inn Express on Ahtanum Avenue. Oxford Inn (Not Suites), Ledgestone Hotel, Comfort Suites on Fruitvale.

I just double checked my res at the Oxford Suites and in doing so spoke to a gal there who said they do have a few rooms available, just not in our block of rooms.  Call 509-457-9000, option 3 and ask for Audrey.  Hope that helps!

Everyone. John Houck has finally begun his journey into eternity. John passed 6-8-2019. I know John is finally free of his broken body and new life awaits him free of pain and suffering but the love he had for Charlena will always be there. God Bless you John as a new journey in life begins.

So sad to hear of John Houck's passing on 6/8.  I had become re-aquainted with him about 5 years ago [how quickly time passes].  We'd get together and rock out to Led Zeppelin's last DVD.  He loved RUSH, Zep, and many others.  He also loved his tech.  Probably why we got along so well.  We're both gear heads in that respect.  We always talked of going camping, but never made it.  His illness struck not long after we were re-aquainted, and he had a long hard battle.  But he was always chearful and strong willed through it all. I went to see him recently, and even then, he would smile when he saw his friends, even though he could not respond well.  He was still  - John.   His wife Charlena was there for him, and with him, the whole way.  
Rest in Peace John.
