I'm very sorry to learn that your brother passed away. I remember Kenny from grade school because we were in the same graduating class (1962). I can still see his face as I'm typing this to you. It makes me sad to know that one of my fellow classmates has passed. My condolences to you and your family.
Ken was one of my best friends growing up in Yeadon. I was always sorry i didn't keep in touch with him over the years. We had a great time as kids and I have such good memories of him. Fr. Tom Wellar
I am sorry to hear about Ken's untimely passing. I often wondered what happened to him. I spent a significant amount of time with Ken when we were young much of it over at the Ryan household which was a short walk from my house. There was always something going on over there. Who could forget going "rat hunting" down the woods with the Ryans (Jerry, Ken, Bobby Lyons and others) led by Flash the wonder dog and the 1954 Packard parked out back. Good Times.
Thank you all for the great comments about Ken I am sure he would have loved hearing it, Ken was a great and fun person. He and Jerry were almost interchangable, get them both in the same room and it was like watching a stand-up comedy show. When I think of him, although I miss him greatly I smile because he would want that and that's what he did, made you smile.
Ronnie,, I remember those expeditions of yours Ken and Jerry, the BB guns being shot off in the basement,, Yup always a lively household at the Ryans... My poor Mother!!!! LOL. And Flash wasn't he great,, he was a wonder dog, well known to the Dog catchers who could NOT catch him!!!!!
