Ann (Bracewell) Dingman of North Tonawanda and Lewiston died May 17, 2009.  She was the wife of Ned Dingman; mother of David Dingman and Laura Dingman, both of North Tonawanda.,  Ann was a retired school psychologist from Niagara Wheatfield Central School District.
