Debbie, age 55, of Newport, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Saturday, May 10, 2014. Born July 16, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan, Debbie was the daughter of Ben O. and Betty F. (Keys) Tramel. Debbie was a 1976 graduate of Crestwood High School in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. She married Joseph M. Depowski ('76).

Debbie has worked as a Para Professional at Triumph Academy in Monroe for the past six years. Debbie will be remembered as a kind and loving person who enjoyed time spent with family, friends and her dog Roxii.

Debbie is survived by two cherished daughters: Reid C. and Rachel A. Depowski of Newport, Michigan, her loving parents: Ben and Betty Tramel of Merritt, Michigan, a sister: Kathy (Tom) Beaudoin, of Redford Township, Michigan and a brother: Todd (Tracey Doyle) of Merritt, Michigan.

In keeping with Debbie's wishes cremation will be held. On Friday, May 16, 2014 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM Debbie's family will greet friends in the Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, Michigan. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Monroe County Human Society.
