I married Cheryl Ann McNeill, also class of '67. Joined the Navy after graduating from St. Andrews and served aboard the USS Shangri-La, an aircraft carrier based out of Mayport, Florida. Left the navy and pursued a masters' degree from Western Carolina Univ. Taught 31 years in Pender Co. schools and retired in 1998. We've lived in Burgaw since 1970 and love to travel. Funny how "busy" retirement has become.
