Lamphier, Cathryn “Cathy”, 54, of Tampa, Florida entered into rest on Thursday, May 5, 2016. Cathy was a loved mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. She is survived by her loving husband, Rick; son, Ricker; father, Bob Edenfield (Rosemary); mother, LuAnne McGinnis; sisters, Diane and Cindy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and her Labradoodle, Rally. She was born in Tampa and lived in the Lake Magdalene area her entire life, attending Lake Magdalene Elementary, Adams Middle and Chamberlain High Schools. Cathy was a career Human Resources professional, spending time with Progressive Insurance, Sun Trust Bank and Home Depot. Cathy loved the beach, boating, the mountains, skiing, cooking and entertaining; as well as spending time with all her close friends and family. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33618.
