Don Rugg

Would have graduated with the Carlmont class of 1961 if our family had not moved to Burbank in the summer of 1953. I used to live on Cedar St. in San Carlos, just below the Belmont border and over the hill from Arundel Elementary School where I attended from kindergarten through the end of the 4th grade. I was in the first kindergarten class that began during the middle of the 1948-49 school year. I did move back to San Carlos for a year in 1964-65 during which time I worked as a salesman and music teacher at Goetz Bros. Music in Redwood City. During that time my wife & I attended an Assembly of God Church in San Mateo, where I regularly played in the orchestra and sang in the choir.
