I miss you guys. Thanks to Cheska and everyone else for making this happen!

High school was fun. I sort of felt like I was a part of everything and every group, which made it extra special. I loved the fact that we had students from so many countries. I even learned to speak a little Ethiopian (although mostly swear words). I enjoyed being friends with everyone from the cheerleaders to the computer club geeks (yes, I was one!). I loved walking to Bethesda for lunch, playing hooky on the train tracks across the street, being a part of the yearbook committee, oh - and classes were fun too. Mr. Mullaney and Mr. Mathis were my most memorable. Can't forget "Chief", our woodshop teacher. My parents still have the picnic bench I made that was too big to actually leave the building. We had to remove all the hinges on the doors from D building all the way to the front door. Security wasn't pleased. We even had to commandeer a pickup truck to get it home - I don't recall if we had driver's licenses. Oh well! Makes for a good story for my kids anyhow.
