Attended CU (Colorado University), then back to Michigan to atttend Nursing School at Henry Ford Hospital School of Nursing. Moved to Denver, remet my now husband Ian in 1997. We married in Aug 1998 in Steamboat Colorado and moved to Arizona so he could attend medical school. We stayed in Arizona for residency as Ian completed an ER residency. I worked at St. Joe's for a year then moved to Phoenix Children's Hospital where I worked until we had our second boy, Liam. I took care of critically ill infants to teenagers. I specialized in congential heart conditions and took care of kids and adults after heart surgery. Now I stay at home with the boys. We finally got back to Colorado in 2006. We absolutely love it here. Nate is starting first grade and plays soccer, loves to ski and lives for hockey. Liam got on skis for the first time last winter and had a ball in Steamboat. I am active in the Medical Alliance, teach Sunday school at our church, I am training for the Tri for the Cure in Denver in August. I have to do something to keep up with my boys! I absolutely love being a mom, it is the hardest job I've had and the most rewarding. Ian and are are so blessed to be back where we wanted to raise our family and to the place we love so much! Come visit anytime. Hoping to see everyone at the reunion.
