I have to take a moment to thank you for bringing life back to the Class of 89.. This wonderful site has put me in touch with old friends and it's all due to your time and efforts.
Brett & Crede, Love the posts and response. Hilarious! I am so happy that this site has brought you joy and helped you all reconnect. I also appreciate the kind words. Kevin & Jason and Charisse Ormanian are doing all the hard work with the planning up at Dick O'Dows over drinks.
Well I'm feeling it Brandy, although when I did some of things he refers to in the song, I didn't end up on a beach with beatiful women. I did end up at a few parties at the trailer park on Southfield Road - which is kind of a Kid Rock experience.
Kelley Kolodziej and I saw Madonna at Ford Field on 11/18/08. 2 hours late with no warm up act, she lip-synched most of the show, and truly didn't seem to give a (bleep!) about the performance. Very disappointed about a childhood icon.
Jason, regarding your question about reunion T-shirts... It's not my thing, but a general piece of Seaholm gear with a small reunion or "Class of '89" bug could be cool. Would anyone be interested in something like that instead?
It was wonderful to see how many people are still living in Michigan. Unfortunately, I didn't learn about the website until the day of the reunion. But what a cool and very personal thing to do. It was great seeing everyone's beautiful families and being able to reconnect with your past! Thank you to everyone who put in so much work and I look forward to the 30th!!
I know it may be a month plus since that wonderful weekend in Bham. Yet, I still feal as if it was just last wk. I finally attained a new computer. Thus I've been having fun on facebook, and so on. Today I looked at the great shots of those nights back in July of 09. Greatfull DEAD hahah!! Great set at Dicks.
Well, I hope to get in contact with some old buds in the near future. Going to hang with an old bud in Nov. Hey John U. can't wait to see SKINNY PUPPY. Must go let my Puppy "Elvis" in the house.
Thank you all for such great times. But, most of all. Thank all of the old friends, Cormac, Mark, Kevin, Paul, Andy, Oh heck I have so many fond memories of so many great people from Seaholm High. I'll go ON Hey Lee Jackson, what up!! ELVIS is wanting to come in da house. Oh yea and lee black too. And all others that I didn't mention. You know how I feal. I felt so happy, A bit too happy "TOO MANY BEERS TOBY!"
Thank you for putting this website together. I believe you are shutting it down Thursday. It was great fun to keep up with classmates and see the pictures.
