Moved to Dallas 5 days after graduation. Worked as a welder for 3 years, then moved to Denver Colorado. Started in Retail clothing, while studied business and got into commercial mortage and insurance. Eventually, worked for an Art Gallery part time, and turned into full time managing and selling corporate art.
Married a beautiful woman, we were together for 4 years, she was modeling at the time and got a chance to move to NY proffesionally, I didn't want to move, so over the months we grew apart, and eventually divorced.
After 3 years working for someone else, I opened my own Gallery! and after 4 years, I had the largest gallery in Denver on Historic Larimer Square, downtown Denver!
Started a Publishing company printing Serigraphs of my artist's in Newport Beach and began marketing Russian and Chinese art to other galleries, causing me to move to Newport Beach.
I Managed 20 artist's and set up 15 galleries with my artist's all over southern Californina, New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona.
After 15 years, I got the Harley bug again, and sold my business and started working in sales and finance with Bartel's Harley-Davidson in Marina Del Rey.
Sold bike to celebrities such as Tom Arnold, John Travolta, Rob McNeil (Star Trek), Michael Madson, Vladi DeVinick (Lakers), Shakell O'Neil and Bob Dillion to name a few.
Working in the most prestigious Bike Shop in LA and being in the right place at the right time, I got selected for the 1995 and 1996 Harley-Davidson Clothing Catalouges. And I was in a couple of movies, and a couple of commercials.
You might have seen the national commercial I did for Diet Coke, I'm sitting on a bike with my leather jacket holding a diet Coke, it ran for over a year, and showed during the Super Bowl in 1996!
I got paid big bucks for that one!
Oh by the way, I changed my name to Aaron Aubrey for my commercial work, Walthall was a mouthfull when I introduced myself, and my gallery name was AAron Fine Arts, so I took it as my first name.
After leaving Bartel's I took a year off and traveled to France with my girlfriend, she's from Paris, went to Spain, Belieze, Guatamala, Mexico and Australia.
I ended up in Belieze for 6 months living on the island of Ambergris, loved it! Learned to scuba dive, and enjoyed the simple life on the white sandy beaches!
But after a few months of that I was ready to come back to California to work again!
Moved to Orange County and worked for Orange County Harley-Davidson in sales and finance as well as setting up Events for the dealership.
I started building bikes and eventually created my own website the last year I was there, which I went full time in 2007.
