Robert (Bob) Paul Steen II

I am retired from Qwest Communications, working as an Independent Consultant in Telecom. I moved out onto my own in March of 2012 and have recently moved to Florida, after living my whole life in the NW.

I was married for 35 years (left that situation in March of 2012) and raised three wonderful kids; whom are all married and raising their own families now. Our oldest daughter still lives in Kent and has her own business and is a stay at home mother of 2 (boy and a girl); our son (the middle child) lives in the Chatanooga, TN area and is a teacher and football coach (formerly a baseball coach there as well) at a Christian High School, father of 3 girls; our youngest daughter lives in Maple Valley and is a stay at home mother of 2 (girl and a boy).

Started out in Edmonds; transfered to West in January of Sopmore year; attended 3 years at OC (no, not a slow learner; I stayed around to spend time with future wife at the time); I also enjoyed volleyball at OC and our stab at a world record (which we held for a short time); I also have taken several communications classes since and had lots of OJT... plus private communications training classes over the years. Currently have an RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification and a PMP (Project Manager Professional) certification. Funny, those don't increase the pay per hour on the job very much though.. LOL.
