S i n c e 1989 ... I attended James Madison University, studied in Paris and got travel fever.

I worked in Manhattan, then moved to Poland, to teach ESL and travel with my brother, Sean (‘91) and friend and classmate, Mary Long. Our adventures included the baths of Budapest, the idyllic black sand of Greece, and the pubs of Ireland ...

After the chill of Poland, I relocated to Honolulu. I taught 2nd grade, learned how to surf and make jewelry, attended UH and commuted everywhere on bike - loving life.

In 2000 I had the opportunity to crew aboard a 40' sailboat from Kauai to San Francisco. We stargazed, read, wrote, fished and watched the sun go over the horizon. The view was always changing - the colors, the waves, sea life. Amazing.

Since moving back to Bellport that same year, I’ve become a gardener, snowboarder & hands-on home improver. I met Rob Paulsen in Utah, and in August 2008 we were married. I am proud godmother to friend and classmate Kate Buck's son Clayton, and proud mama to son Eli, now 7, in 2nd grade at Kreamer Street. Full circle!! I enjoy teaching, sailing, reading, paddleboarding, spending time with family & friends. I'm looking forward to catching up with all of you ...

Kate Buck Cannella and Mary Long Schultz and I and our families have stayed close here in Bellport. Joanne Garcia Findley and I visit every few years either here or wherever she and her soccer family are currently living. I see so many of you in town and at district events and on sports fields! I see many of you when you come back to visit family and friends. And I connect with some of you on Facebook.
