Comments:
After graduating from Schurz High School, I earned three degrees in education. I taught part-time and full-time for over 40 years before retiring in 2007.
I married Donald Baiocchi in 1969. We brought five extraordinary children into the world: Ray, Frank, Cara, Mike, and Don. Ray succumbed to leukemia at age 13. The other four graduated from various universities and are all currently living and working in Chicago.
Divorced since 1990, I am currently Department Assistant in the Modern and Classical Languages Department. at New Trier High School, Winnetka, and pursuing studies in Italian. I still get together monthly with my Schurz High School friends/sisters, the members of Kappa Delta Chi.
