Scotty Smith has acquired a pretty good picture of the Sam Houston softball team from Ellen Hopkins-Bush. He is working on making it available to those that might want it or just want to view it. We need help in identifying some of the people who may have been in the 5th grade or a year behind us, We will also try to identify the members of the football team at Sam Houston. (See Old Sam Houston). I am sure that none of us have changed much in the last 58 years.

I am also working on a list of all classmates information as to email, home and cell phones, mailing addresses and birthday, This is a bunch of information and takes about 60 pages to print it all. (3 reports 1: Email and Phones, 2: Mailing Addresses, 3: Birthdays) 20 pages each. The form of the information can be in an excel file or an Adobe pdf file. If you have changed your email, phone number, or address please update your information.

Those who have not updated their profiles and/or added pictures, we would love to hear about you.
Those of you that attended Sam Houston elementary school can view some old class pictures from various teachers by clicking on Old Sam Houston on the left menu column of this page. If any of you have other pictures from elementary school email them to me and I will post them.
We now have 248 active classmate members. Our site has many activities. You can update some information on your profile, and tell us a little of what you have been doing these last 50 years. You can post some pictures, either old or current photos, about you and/or your family. You can listen to some of the music of "Our Time". LOOKING FOR A PARTICULAR SONG, LET ME KNOW. Maybe I have it somewhere. You can send emails through this system to other classmates that have joined the site. You can also find out which classmates we have lost. So get other classmates you know, to join. You can see whose birthday is coming up, without telling the age. We can keep this communication going, not only until we have the reunion, but also afterwards.
This site is a common place to gather and visit. The possibilities are unlimited. Visit often. We can send an email to all classmates that have joined with one single click. What would you like to see? The big advantage of this site is it makes getting information out to each of you, much easier. To make this work even better, we need to get more classmates to join.. We would like for all of the classmates with access to a computer to join.
If any of you have a problem getting your information into the system, or getting on the site, send me an email and I will personally help in any way I can. We are planning our reunion and activities. We hope that you will keep in touch with each other and renew old friendships.
