I'm not certain how to summarize thirty years. The following is my attempt:
I've been a life-long student. I've completed degrees in art/art history; accounting; taxation; finance; and, most recently, a masters degree in theology. After receiving my BA, I traveled in Asia to "find myself." I even spent a year studying Tibetan with the Dalai Lama's former finance minister.
Then it came time to focus on the business of making a living. I've spent the last 22 years as an accountant (the last 21 years as a tax accountant). Aside from working a lot of hours as an accountant, I travel quite a lot (usually to the UK several times a year). I visit museums, attend the theater and am active in the Episcopal Church.
I'm an ardent dog lover and have two dogs whom I rescued: a beagle and a mountain cur.
School Story:
I remember laughing hysterically about something in Miss Doyle's. Can't remember what it was about; however, I do remember getting detention with Rose Pagano and Wendy Reed.
