My best friend all through high school; we remained friends until the end. Tom was the best man at my wedding and joined me in many adventures thru the years. One of our favorites was taking a train out of East Dubuque to go to a Beatles concert in Chicago. We missed the return train and had to sleep on benches in Union Station with the bums.
