David's wishes were to be cremated and his ashes spread in Texas.

As more information becomes available, I will add it here.

 

As a side note:  David was residing in Ontario and he also has a beach house at Surfside where he would spend some of the winter months.

Several years ago when I was on an extended trip, I stopped and had lunch with him in London.   His eyesight was failing, but he was able to tell me where to turn so we could eat at his favorite restaurant!
