It's hard to believe we are approaching our 30th high school reunion. A short re-cap of what's happened over the years... Graduated from Univ. of South Dakota in 1985. Moved to Arizona in 1986, working full-time with State Farm as a BI claims adjuster. Met my husband-to-be, Tom, a few years later. Married in 1990 and shortly thereafter moved to Cincinnatti, OH. This is where our first daughter, Regan was born. In 1992 we were transferred to Cary, IL (a suburb of Chicago) where my second daughter, Betsy, was born. From Illinois we moved to Spokane, WA. Although we fell in love with Spokane, Tom's job took us to Mill Creek, WA (a suburb of Seattle). After two years in Mill Creek and experiencing my first earth quake, we were transferred to Southern California. Still missing Spokane, Tom and I decided to take a leap of faith, resign from the company Tom was with for 16 years, and move ourselves back to Spokane where we have permanently made it our "home". Our oldest daughter graduated from high school last year (2010) and is currently attending her first year at Western Washington University in Bellingham, and our youngest is a freshman in high school. After being a stay-at-home Mom for 10 years, I went back to work in 2003 and am currently employed part-time at a private university that is 10 minutes from home. I would say my hobby is my job because I love it so much, plus I'm still a big dog lover (we currently have three; Gus, Lucy, and Isaac), and in my spare time I like to relax with a good crossword puzzle or jigsaw puzzle. Except for being diagnosed and treated for breast cancer three years ago, I have been blessed with good health. I look forward to seeing everyone in 2011.
