John passed away on the 7th of Oct 2011 after a  battle with Melanoma. He often spoke of his fond memories at MHS. John and his wife Evy had a wonderful marriage of 43 years. He leaves 4 children and 7 grand children. John was a devoted husband and father that will be missed.
