Edith "Edie" (Toomey) Clark, 73, of Bolton, beloved wife of 50 years of James T. Clark Sr. peacefully passed away with her family at her side on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at home. She was born on July 22, 1944 in Manchester daughter of the late David and Olive (Hutchinson) Toomey. Edie was raised in Manchester, attended local schools and was a graduate of MHS, Class of 1962. She enlisted in the US. Army in October 1964 and faithfully served her country during the Vietnam War having earned the rank of 1st Lieutenant. Edie was a graduate of the Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She was employed as a Registered Nurse for over 44 years at Hartford Hospital until retiring in 2016. Edie was a life member of Bolton Congregational Church.
