In Memory

Eileen Levesque-Pariseau

Eileen Levesque-Pariseau

I came to MHS in my Sophmore year.  I remember seeing this cute, petite girl coming thru the lunch wave and wanted to meet her so i decided to strategically sit at a table that was closest to the lunch wave she came thru. When I spotted her I would turn my chair completely around and stare at her.  Of course this completely freaked her out so that didn't work.

Next I asked Bob Danahy and Doug McBrierty to introduce me to her....so they picked me up by the arms and carried me over to her locker.  Again this creeped her out but we did intoduce.  She only wanted to be friends so I settled for that.  Time went by and eventually we let each other know that we liked each other and wanted to "go steady".. And the rest as they say "is history".

Eileen and I were married for 32 years, had two great kids and a good life. Then in 1996 Eileen was diagnoised with breast cancer and she struggled with it for a year when it finally took her away from me in 1997.

The strength and determination Eileen had during that tough 12 months was incedible. She continued to conduct her life as though everthing was ok. She continued to work and would not let this 'Thing" get her down.  I so loved and admired her for her strength.

All my love to you my dear Eileen!!!
