Total hip replacement, right side. Good bye constant aching and walking with a limp.

Happy New Year to all. Recovery going well, use a cane a little but get around very well and drive myself to physical therapy and.... Probably back to the salt mines in another month or so.
Cruising the parking lot at school in my old '49 Chevy LOWERED to the bumper out back and sporting SURFBOARD racks on top.
Apple core fights across senior square. ( Until Dale Brothers took one to the face.)
Only having four classes my senior year, leaving campus with a lunch pass and heading to the
beach.
Loved to go to "sock hops" after varsity ball games and dance with whoever I could talk into it. Hanging out with people from different graduating classes having brothers older, Tony, and younger, Joe, (RIP), John (RIP) while at PHS.

Hello Jerry.
I kinda remember Lakewood Elementary. Only went there for kindergarten then went to that school on the otherside of the fence. lol We lived on the corner of Hayter and Michaelson. Never really figured out why we ended up at Paramount.

Happy Holidays to all!
Enjoying the retiree life here in H.B. Fishing a lot and playing just enough golf to warrant owning a set of decent clubs.
Sorry to say we lost my youngest brother John Albert to congestive heart failure earlier this year, but happy to say Mom is still ornery as ever at 91.
Warmest Regards to everyone.
