After being a miserable student in high school, I did various jobs for a year after barely graduating. I ended up, finally, going to the University of Minnesota (which was only $711 per year if anyone can believe that) and graduated from there with a BS in Economics. Considering I didn't take any math courses in high school, I still don't understand why I gravitated to that subject. Turned out I liked math. I was close to a degree in Physics but practicality overcame the pursuit of a just fun subject. After graduating college, I joined with a management consulting firm, became a partner and then started setting up other consulting firms over the past 32 years. So far I've been involved in fourteen companies. I enjoy starting companies. This also probably confirms that I have severe ADD. But it's too late to worry about ADD and even if I did try to worry about it, I couldn't concentrate on it long enough to do anything about it. I have been described as a "Serial Entrepreneur" which I guess is only a step above a serial murderer. I stopped thinking about why I do what I do a long time ago. Now, I just do it because I don't know what else to do. I'm thinking of moving more into retirement or semi retirement.

School story? It's pretty short. I didn't go that often and I graduated 451 out of a class of 494.
