Ken W Krahn

Leaving RHS the last week of my senior year my life has taken a number of significant turns. Living in the Haight Ashbury in San Francisco I began a career selling and smuggling drugs that lasted 20 years. I do not consider these wasted years, rather years of field research for my next career as a chemical dependency counselor. I worked primarily in hospitals for 17 years. My wife, who I married in 1978, and I made a trip to South Africa in 1999 to visit some people from a gospel group we had hosted in 1997. It was then we felt called to missions and continuing my studies I was ordained and we moved to Cape Town in 2003. We are now retired and enjoying our shared grandchildren and great grandchildren who live in Virginia, North Carolina and Florida as much as possible.
