Arnold Kurth, 82, of Enfield, passed away on Saturday July, 4 2015 at the Parkway Pavilion in Enfield. He was born in Stamford to the late Victor and Helen (Risse) Kurth. Arnold proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps after high school. He made his home in Manchester before moving to Vernon, and was employed as a telephone line installer with Southern New England Telephone. In his spare time Arnold enjoyed model trains; going to Wells, Maine with his late wife, Theresa (Kelly) Kurth; and flying kites at the beach. Arnold leaves behind his daughters, Marjorie Evans of Wilmington, NC, Nancy Luongo and her husband Anthony of Ellington, Virginia Sizemore and her husband Karl of Middletown, Cynthia Johnson and her husband Fred of Coventry; his sister Cathy of Florida; his grandchildren Nicole, Ron, Dana, Fred, Daniel; his great grandchildren Nicolas, Alex, Lucy; and may other extended family members. Services and burial are private at the request of his family.
