It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Mostowy of Vero Beach, Florida, born in Herkimer, New York, who passed away on August 7, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Stefan Mostowy and Pauline Gurniak Mostowy; his wife Barbara Cahill Mostowy; and his siblings, Michael, Mary, Ann, Olga, John, Lillian, Sophie, Joseph, Esther, Naomi, Stephen, Samuel, Benjamin, Richard and Dan.
He is survived by : his children, Thomas Mostowy (Elizabeth McDermott) of Washington, DC, James Mostowy of Royal Palm and Lee Ann Mangiapani of Vero Beach; and his grandchildren, Daniel Mangiapani, Christina Mangiapani, Michale Mangiapani, Victoria Mangiapani, Michael McDermott, Conor McDermott-Mostowy and Logan McDermott-Mostowy. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends.
