I have been a realtor for 26 years, retiring in 1995. I served as president of the Litchfield County Board of Realtors for 3 years and also served on the executive committee of the CT Association of Realtors as vice-president at large. I was named state realtor of the year representing the State of CT in San Francisco with realtors from all states. I received the Omega Tau Rho medal, one of the highest awards a realtor can receive. I am a commissioner on the Torrington Elderly Services, currently serving as secretary. I have been in “Who’s Who in Financing & Business.” I served as president of the Democratic Women’s Club and was a member of the Democratic Town Committee. I have been very active in the community serving on many committees. At this time, I am active in our senior center serving as the volunteer coordinator.
