George I Dora Jr. 58, an electrical engineer, died Tuesday July 28 in Key Largo FL.
Mr. Dora was born in Stamford Conn. He moved to Brevard County in 1976 from Altus, Okla. He was employed in the computer science department of CSR. at Patrick Air Force Base.
Mr. Dora was a retired Air Force Major who spent 20 years in the military.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Florence "Dee" Dora of Satellite Beach; son George Dora III of Satellite Beach, daughters, Mary Rose Johnson of Largo, Carole McCoy of Indian Harbor Beach and Melissa Dora of Satellite Beach; sister Jean Robustelli Stamford and three grandchildren.
No calling hours are scheduled. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday at Chapel No.1 at Patrick Air Force Base. Florida Memorial Funeral Home, north of Melbourne, is in charge of arrangements.
The family requests no flowers. Donations may be made to Sea Park Elementary School for the George Dora Science Fund, 300 Sea Park Blvd., Satellite Beach Florida 32937.
