Latham - Robert W. Craver, 46, of Latham, ded Saturday, Nov. 16, 1996, at his residence after an illness of several months.
He was born and educated in Oneida, and was a graduate of Clarkson University, Class of 1972.
Mr. Craver had been a resident of Latham since 1973.
Mr. Craver was a civil engineer with the state Departmaent of Transportaion for 23 years, and at the time of his death he was supervisor of construction.
Mr. Craver was a communicant of Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Latham. He was an avid outdoors man and hiker. Mr. Craver received his 46ers pin (for climbing all 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks in 1995. He was also an active bicyclist and rode in many races.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia Cirilli Craver; two sons, Daniel R. Craver of Syracuse and Jeffrey M. Craver of Latham; and one brother Dale Craver of Rome.
