Hey Yvonne! How are you in Italy? Rome is it? What's the quality of the youth orchestra there? I am researching youth orchestras in order to present a proposal to perform my music. Remember when the now very famous William Fisher brought his scores to the DCYS? That was so exciting. I'd like to present a similar experience for other youth orchestras. Let me know what you think. These compositions are jazz funk fusion and more than a toe tapper...you just want to move your entire body and boogey. Leon Alexander and Roland Laws are excellent military musicians. Their superb musical skills enable them to play along with Latteta's DX7II FD synthesizer playing all of the tracks including some percussion. Latteta was one of three winners in the Louisiana Jazz Composers Competition. This is a live performance honoring those winners. Take off your shoes...let's dance!
