Kyle Martin Morgan

Attended Kent State for three years, and quit to get married and be together at Ohio State. Worked for OSU as a secretary until Larry graduated and he served in the Army at Fort Sill, Oklahoma for two years. Thankfully escaped going to Viet Nam. Came back to Ohio where his family is from, and I went back to work for Ohio State at the Newark campus as a secretary for a year, then went back to school for a BA, and became an Academic Advisor. OSU paid for a Masters in Guidance and Counseling, and I ended up as Director of the Advising program for the campus and worked there for 38 years. Our son is now 25, has an English degree from Ohio State, and works as a bookseller and a zipline guide. I have been retired for a year, and I love it! Sure beats working!

Sandy Hulse (and others) pushed me to try out for Music Man. I got called back to try for the lead, and then I didn't even make the chorus! I was prompter, and can still recite "Trouble in River City" to this day. It was great fun!
