I rode motorcycles with Neal. In early years I think I got into some trouble with Neal and brother Kirk...as it was a time when I was not into the most wholesome of activities. Pretty amazing and impressive that he became an aerospace engineer.....I was not in touch with him after I moved to Reno, NV in Nov 1973. James Alder
Bill was my first best friend. We were 4 years old. I wish I was closer to him post high school years. A particular characteristic of his personality that I remember was his general amiable attitude towards whatever idea was suggested.....regardless of the risk and or legality. I think his positive support was a reflection of his friendship, in addition to a "damn the torpedoes" outlook.
Although I had very little contact with Bill other than re-connecting at 20 year reunion, he will be missed and remembered. It is nice to see and hear of friends I've long lost contact with, unfortunately under not the best of circumstances.
And yes John, that broken bookcase could very well have been my fault, in spite of my lack of being there.

Just busy with the trials and tribulations of my work. However, on the fun side of things my golf game is improving. Bought new driver which seems to be working OK. And, just finishing up a 66 e-type which has been a 8 year project. Should be starting today. Fingers crossed. It was enjoyable to see all at the reunion. Cheers, ja
