Labor Day Weekend, September 4 - 5, 2026

Our 50th Class Reunion will be held Labor Day weekend September 4 - 5, 2026.   Several activities are being planned to bring us together to reacquaint with old friends, remember our younger years, cherish fun memories, and share what's happening in our current lives!

To begin the fun, we are planning an informal, casual get together (meet & greet) for Friday evening, September 4th at Cadence Clubhouse Cafe and Tap room located in North Park which will be pay as you go! 

Since there have been many changes to our high school building since we graduated (50 years of changes!), we thought it would be fun to see them.  The current high school principal has graciously agreed to provide a guided tour of the newly renovated facility Saturday morning, September 5th.  Some of it will be unrecognizable to most of you!  We will also visit the Hampton Remembrance Garden, located in front of the school outside the cafeteria entrance and take some time to acknowledge and remember our deceased classmates.  If you recall, our class at our 40th reunion generously donated a bronze bench which was permanently installed at the garden in 2016.  The tour of the high school is free.  Complimentary coffee and donuts will be provided. 

The feature event of the weekend will be held Saturday evening at the nearby beautiful Longue Vue Country Club.  Appetizers followed by a delicious buffet dinner will be provided.  The cost will be $100 per person (if paying with credit card, that cost is $107).  Everyone can bring one guest.  We would love as many classmates as possible to attend the event, so we will accept donations to support fellow classmates that may find the cost a hardship.

Lodging

With convenience in mind, Harmarville provides the best lodging options for out of town classmates,  A block of rooms has been reserved for September 4th and 5th at the Holiday Inn Express 10 Landings Drive  Pgh, PA 15238.  They offer a pool, fitness center, and free breakfast.  Rate is $159+tax and a generous cancellation policy.  The block of rooms will be held until August 4 so please call soon to reserve your room.  Let them know you are with the Hampton 50th Class Reunion group to reserve the rate.  412-828-9300

All three of these hotels are within walking distance of each other, near restaurants, and the Allegheny Valley turnpike exit.
