Well, a new chapter in the story needs to be penned. After returning back to IL, we settled in Belleville IL, and both got jobs with the State of IL. Lisa pursued getting her real estate license here in IL and is now a dual licensed agent IL and VA which is good since she got laid off from the UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE of all places LOL. I work in Collinsville at the State Police Garage as the Office MGR. (big title for secretary)

I have started baking again since moving back, I bake Wedding Cakes on down to Baby Smash Cakes. CHRISTMAS 2010

Well, first off I go by Bob, but many of you will still call me Bobby, and that's ok with me.

After 4 glorious years at Alton Senior High School, Jenny (some of you know) and I broke up, I went into the Navy got Married to Dawn Taylor (also from AHS) (big mistake - some of you warned me bit did I listen.... Nope) was married for 12 years have 2 children Bobby Jr. and Brittney Noel and one grand daughter (Ugh, now I feel old)

I was stationed at Great Lakes for about 2 years then off to South Carolina stationed on the USS Wainwright CG-28 a guided missile cruiser. After my tour there I was recruiting in Missouri for 3 years then stationed on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower CVN-69 (nice number huh) after 4 years there transferred to Dam Neck Naval Training Facility as the Assistant Network administrator for the base and all the school commands. During my time in the Navy I had injured my back and knees and could no longer run so in the infinite wisdom during the Clinton downsizing I was medically discharged before they were obligated to medically retire me.

Do I miss it...... HELL YEAH ! ! !

I loved my time in the Navy and loved traveling all over the world, meeting people from all different walks of life and cultures, it was just a blast. Oh and there is no drinking age in most countries.... Ha Ha. I was out of the Navy December 1997 right after Christmas, what a present.

I now run a small computer business and am partner in a home remodeling company here in Portsmouth Virginia. I have re married and have been married for 10 years on July 24th and my wife Lisa is in the Navy currently with one year left till retirement if she decides to retire. well that’s enough in this block I hope some of you get in touch with me and I can fill in the blanks and tell some great sea stories wrought with danger, peril, and certain death...... LOL
