Classmates: As I was reading the Altoona Mirror, I saw this obituary.  Since it stated he graduated from Altoona High School with the class of 1960, I searched our website and Master Listing for his name.   When I found that Francis K BIddle was not there, I added him to our website and master listing.  I am sure the website is not perfect and has errors, I added him to our memorial page.  I am sad to say I do not remember him from school, but I hope other do. Sending sympathy to his family.  If anyone has an update for me, please send it to me spritts60@gmail.com
