Coronado vs AHS at Dick Bivens Stadium - time TBD; tickets will be available on line at a later date or will be available at the gate on game day. This is a no host event.

Late Happy Hour at the Barfield Hotel at 600 S. Polk St - time 9 PM to close.  The hotel bar, Toscana, is open until 11 pm.  The Speakeasy is open until midnight.  The kitchen closes at 10 pm.  This is a no host event.

Saturday 16 October

Picnic at Med-Park Area 6  (weather permitting) - time 11 AM to 3 PM  Area 6 is located by the Arboretum and playground.  We have the space reserved for us all day so folks can come earlier or stay later if they so desire.  Please bring your own food or beverages if you want to eat or drink anything.  This is a no host event.

Evening Event at Six Car Pub & Brewery at 625 S. Polk - time 6:30 PM to close.  Heavy appetizers and other finger foods will be served throughout the evening.  Full bar will be available.  Live music is still TBD.  Appetizers/finger foods and two drinks will be included with the registration fee for the weekend.  Other entrees or drinks may be purchased on an individual basis but are NOT included in the registration fee. 

Registration cost for the weekend will be $40 per person to help cover the cost of the venue and food/beverages for Saturday evening.  A registration link will be sent out shortly, be on the look out for it.
